If your sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so that we can asses the situation, and arrange a replacement if necessary.
If an error is made on our part (such as incorrect color selection), we will expedite processing on a replacement item. We will send a prepaid label for you to return the defective item to us, upon receipt of return, we will dispatch replacement.
Due to the handmade nature of our signs, we cannot offer a full refund for neon signs. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your customized neon sign, we may be able to offer a 50% credit store credit. This will be taken into consideration on a case by case basis.
All of our signs come with a one year warranty. If you encounter a problem with your sign, please do not hesitate to contact us.
